Hi, we’re Rich and Claudia. Back in 2017 we set out to bring new life to Rich’s family’s farm by creating a place where people could properly switch off and sink into the countryside.
The farm has been in our family for four generations. It’s home to a small herd of dairy cows, apple orchards, woodlands, and a mile of the River Wye winding through meadows. Life here has its soundtrack — rooks squabbling in the trees, the low hum of the milking parlour, cows calling across the fields, and dogs chasing about. It’s the countryside as it really is, and we wanted to share it with people looking for a slower pace and some genuine peace.

Our glamping story began in 2017, when we opened our sister site White House Glamping in the apple orchard of our family farm. Five years later, in 2022, we created White House Hideaway, cabins designed for couples to escape the noise of the world and immerse themselves in nature.
Both sites sit separately within White House Farm, where our family has lived and worked for generations. With a mile of the River Wye, orchards, woodlands, and meadows, it’s a place we love sharing with our guests.
